Become A Museum Docent

Museum docents are community members who serve on a volunteer basis assisting staff and curators. Participation requires a substantial commitment of time and energy on the part of volunteers, but it is tremendously rewarding. You will learn a great deal about tribal art, culture, teaching techniques, and become familiar with the full workings of Hibulb Cultural Center & Natural History Preserve.

We have Volunteer Opportunities for Everyone

By volunteering at Hibulb Cultural Center you will be:

  • Giving Tours of the Exhibits
  • Assisting with Classes, and Special Events
  • Helping with the Exhibitions
  • Assisting in Collections
  • Keeping our Facility and Exhibits in Tip-Top Condition
  • Involved in Creative Writing Opportunities
  • Working in the Museum Gift Shop
