The theme for our 12th annual Hibulb Cultural Center Film Festival is Cultural Resilience. We welcome documentaries, feature films, shorts, animations, and music videos for this year’s film festival to be held on November 4th 2024 from 11am-5pm at the Hibulb Cultural Center.
